ABOUT

We build AI that does the work, not AI that helps someone do it.

Most enterprise AI arrives as something your team has to learn, open, and remember to use. A copilot in the corner of the screen. A chatbot behind another login. The work still belongs to the person. The AI sits next to it and waits.

THE OPERATING IDEA

We build the system that does the job itself. It runs inside the software your company already uses, carries the work from one system to the next, and finishes it.

Our Values

Principles that guide how we build

We believe infrastructure should feel invisible, automation should be accountable, and speed should never compromise clarity.

01

We audit before we build.

Four weeks watching people do the work, before anyone touches a model. The written process and the real process are never the same thing, and the distance between them is usually 30% or more.

02

We prioritise on return, not on noise.

The loudest workflow is rarely the most valuable one. If a build will not return more than it costs, we tell you to leave it alone, even when saying so costs us the scope.

03

Boring in production is the goal.

Our builds run about 85% ordinary code and 15% model. The model goes where judgment genuinely lives. Everything else stays deterministic, because deterministic things do not hallucinate.

04

We build where the work already happens.

No new interface. No new login. Nobody who has done a job the same way for fifteen years is going to learn a new place to do it, and pretending otherwise is how most AI budgets die.

05

Governance is designed in, not bolted on.

Your team sets the confidence threshold. Above it, the work runs. Below it, it goes to a person with the evidence, the reasoning, and a recommended action attached.

06

You own everything we build.

It is deployed in your environment, on your permissions, holding your data. If we walked away tomorrow, it would keep running without us.
